We maintain copies of our employees’ time sheets and daily reports to cross reference with our billing, which also identifies the employee who worked. This is carefully done after agreement from the client and screening of personnel has taken place and is discussed with the client. PSM removes any employee which the client may request from time to time and immediately replaces them with other qualified employees.
